Sarah Marecek

Sarah Marecek was raised in Austria and moved to the UK to study European Theatre Arts at Rose Bruford College.

She worked as an actor initially and later moved into working as a freelance casting director, specializing in discovering new voice over talents for commercials. In 2018 Marecek moved to South Africa and directed her first documentary "Waking Stellenbosch", chronicling the nationwide student protests and surveillance at the university.

Currently, she is developing her second documentary film. Due to her love of casting and discovering young talents, she started running voice over and acting workshops both in London and Berlin.
