Daniel Brockhaus

Daniel Brockhaus, born in Hanover, has been studying acting at the Vienna Conservatory. He performs at numerous theatres in German-speaking countries and works regularly for film and television. His most important roles to date include Richard II by William Shakespeare, Dave in "Nipplejesus" by Nick Hornby, the characters in Elfriede Jelinek's "Princess Dramas", and Thomas Brück, whom he portrays in 341 episodes of the series "Alles was zählt". Besides his acting activities, he directs and develops scripts, plays and solo performances. He also composes songs and tours with his band Bleibtreu. Professionally, Daniel is active in many different locations, including Hanover, Cologne, Hamburg and Vienna. He works with directors such as Oliver Haffner, Benny Brunner, Tina Kriewitz, Stefan Bühling, Felix Stienz and Patricia Frey. Daniel Brockhaus lives in Berlin.
